Trent Latta
Trent Latta is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in trust and estate litigation, elder financial abuse claims, and complex civil disputes. He has also handled hundreds of FINRA arbitration disputes and expungement matters, representing broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and investors in securities matters.
Earlier in his career, Trent worked with Associate Justice Marvin Baxter (Ret.) at the California Supreme Court and with Judge Martin Jenkins of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, who now serves as an Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court.
Trent is committed to helping families, preserving estates, and guiding clients through legal conflicts with clarity and determination.
Laura began her legal career with McDonough Holland and Allen P.C., where she represented public agencies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. She served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Sonoma and as Assistant Agency Counsel for the Eastern Contra Costa County Transit Authority. She also represented public agencies in a variety of litigation matters. Today, Laura enjoys working with clients with small and mid-sized estates to secure their assets and protect their families.
